I hope you can see them. They won't let me get closer. They are walking away from me now and i am up on my deck.
Every Spring we have a pair of Canadian Honkers stay with us for awhile. It must be a honeymoon by the lake. The have babies and we watch them until one day they fly away.

How sweet are they!! I love that geese mate for life, and to see them each year has to be a treat!
Reminds me of a favorite children's book: Make Way for Ducklings. I loved that book and so did the boys. :-)
Not to often I get to see them, but I love them too. Sweet birds
