Barrel races that is. A beautiful day to go racing. There was a rainbow early this morning. Pumped the tires up on the truck, threw the horses in and down the road they went.
Here's what I see-oh oh looks like I should have moved stuff on the deck--oh well. There's lawn and trees and to the right behind the trees is the barn and to the left down the hill is the pond and the pastures.
This sweet school house is in the Skagit Valley and has been restored and surrounded by gardens. It even got a new roof this year. Lea at www.farmhouseblessings.blogspot.com is have a 'Name the Scarecrow" give-away--Please join in.
I took this pic while walking on the Iverson Spit Perserve Trail on Camano Island. Camano Island is next to Stanwood connected by the General Mark Clark bridge. Stanwood and Camano Island are two distinct towns that share a lot. One road in and out of the Island for one thing. The school district is Stanwood-Camano, lots of businesses called Camwood or other variations. I guess we depend on one another. A beautiful area. MB
