Old derelict for Sepia scenes

This old derelict boat has been sitting here off Fidalgo Bay in Anacortes for many, many years. When you come around the corner on Fidalgo Bay Rd. it seemed a welcome sight. It has been the subject of many paintings and photographs. Its owner tied it up one day and abandoned it. It has been rotting away ever since. The city fathers decided to remove it because of pollution and who knows what else. There was a small skirmish but they won out in the end and the boat is no longer there. I kinda miss it.
