This plant is a black Pussywillow (Salix melanostachys). It is so pretty with it's reddish teigs and reddish-black fuzzies. It is shown in comparison with a French Pussywillow (Salix caprea). It was such a beautiful sunny day, temp around 50, g-boys in their shirt sleeves, I could feel Spring in the air. I know it can't be rushed but we sure try to push it.
