Ducks on a log....

When I was down at the Snohomish river I saw these Mallards in a swampy area on spenser Island. MB

You are full of surprises today. This is a pretty cool shot what with the ducky reflections and all.

We don't have ducks on a log. We get our ducks in a row and then shoot 'em.

Nah, just kidding. We Floridians would never do something like that.

But we do have lots of turtles that get up on the logs...drying out their shells no doubt. They're shy, though, 'cause they go right back into their shells if you get too close!

Have a nice Saturday!

I wonder if they are afraid of getting wet?

Isn't it funny how they are all up on the log? One does it so they all have to. :)

They look like they're trying hard not to make a decision.
