This takes me way back to my childhood...when living in Willmar, Minnesota...a local dentist friend was a hunter of pheasants...he would give me those long colorful feathers that I treasured; my mom not so much!

How cool that you captured a pheasant with your lens! I have only been lucky enough to watch them flap away into the bush.
