Re your question on The Villages DP: The effect is quite easy - it's a Photoshop Action. If you use Photoshop (I can't remember) I can probably get it to you.
I am «Louis la Vache» and I approve of this image!
I like....is s/he yours? I tend to want to cut the bangs back some on these...I bet they would not approve of that action.
I'm glad you didn't get him upset. He looks like he could do some damage with those horns.
